Covercrete

Covercrete is a decorative, cement-based coating laid over the concrete you already have. It gives a worn, stained or patchy slab a fresh, even finish in the colour you choose, without breaking it up and pouring a new one.

We lay Covercrete over plain concrete, exposed aggregate, stamped concrete and old Covercrete. It suits driveways, front and side paths, carports and courtyards, and we lay it on homes from Brisbane through to the Sunshine Coast.

Add a Stencil for a pattern such as diamonds, angled squares or a feature border. The Estimate calculator gives you a rough range to start with, and we give you a Quote once we've seen the job.

Good to know

  1. Laid over your existing concrete, so there is no slab to break up or take away
  2. Goes over plain concrete, exposed aggregate, stamped concrete and old Covercrete
  3. Pick a colour, and add a Stencil pattern if you want one
  4. Concrete in poor condition costs a little more to cover, and the Estimate allows for it
  5. An Estimate is a guide only: we give you a Quote after seeing the job

How it works

From first look to finished surface.

A Covercrete job, step by step.

  1. We look at the job

    We see the concrete first: its condition, the existing surface and how big each area is.

  2. You get a Quote

    Once we've seen it, we give you a Quote for the job. An Estimate from the calculator is a guide only.

  3. We prepare the surface

    We get the existing concrete ready for the Covercrete.

  4. We lay the Covercrete

    A decorative, cement-based coating goes over the existing concrete, in the colour you chose.

  5. We add the Stencil

    If you chose a pattern, the Stencil is laid into the Covercrete as part of the same job.

  6. We seal it

    If you asked for sealing, a protective sealer goes over the finished surface.
