Privacy notice

Your name, phone number, email address and suburb, the service you're interested in, the existing surface (for Covercrete and Stencil), the approximate size, your preferred timing and your message.

Photos of your concrete, if you add any. Your browser makes them smaller before they are sent, which also removes the camera and location details stored inside a photo file.

If you come from the Estimate calculator, the form also carries your Estimate details: the service and the areas you measured, any answers you gave about the existing concrete and a Stencil, and the range it gave you.

To keep out spam, Vercel BotID checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form. Your browser does this check in the background, with nothing for you to do.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, talk with you about the job and give you a Quote. We don't add them to a mailing list, and we don't sell them or pass them on to anyone else for their own use.

Your enquiry is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. Any photos you add are attached to the same email.

For the first month after this website launches, a copy also goes to the person who looks after the website, to check that enquiries arrive.

The website is hosted by Vercel, and your enquiry is handled outside Australia: on Vercel's servers in the United States, then by Resend, which sends the email from Japan and stores its copy in the United States.

The site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and cannot follow you from one day to the next or from one website to another. Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load. Neither identifies you personally.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

The website itself doesn't store your enquiry or your photos: there is no database behind it.

Resend keeps a copy of each email it sends, photos included, for 30 days. Vercel keeps its logs of requests to the site for up to 30 days.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them for your enquiry and any job that follows.
